You Can Count on Me Review

This is the hardest review I'll ever write.My mother recently committed suicide. My father died seven years ago of cancer. I'm 34 years old, and I am seen by my two sisters as the f-up brother. I can honestly say that I can totally relate to this film.Laura Linney is dead-on as a sister who is trying to live a "normal" life; work at the bank, pick up the son in her SUV, and believe in God, about 15 years after the sudden tragic death of her parents. Her brother is immature, unreliable, can't hold a job, and smokes an awful lot of pot. She is the "caretaker" in the sibling relationship. But, as the film unveils, she certainly can't take care of herself. And the f-up brother isn't as worthless and stupid and selfish as he is supposed to be.This is a real film about real people dealing with the extrodinarily frustrating and painful task of carrying on after a tragic family loss. And they go on. They continue, the best they can.There is dysfunction and then there is dysfunction. Some of us know what a real dysfunctional family is. And we're not whiners. We're heroes. Rubik the Amazing Cube #1 [VHS] Review

unlike the so called reviewer below i actually enjoy this series about rubik the amazing rubik's cube. He or She really ought to lighten up it's a cartoon hello!? it was always one of favorites that ruby-spears company put out. seriously i wish this series was out on dvd i'd like to see it on better format than vhs. i only wish that this volume contained more then two episodes on the tape. if you like classic cartoons of the 80's like pup named scrappy, richy rich, the littles and your a kid at heart this is for you. Don't bother reading that stick in the mud review below. the show actually ends always with rubik and the kids learning valueable lessons reminds me alot of scooby doo and richy rich mostly, i just love the animation in this series.

Highly Recommended For Young Kids and Kids at Heart.

Italian movie about some bank robbers who plan on meeting later to split up the loot. Only problem, ones with the gold do not show.

Beautiful country with lots of snow. High country ending.

Lots of people find lead more often than gold!

Too bad no DVD of the movie exist today. Enjoyable movie.

Excellent Product! I bought this with the idea in the back of my head that as soon as I got them, they wouldn't work because of the listing saying "Format: NTSC", which is completely wrong. The "DVD" is actually an interactive CD for the computer as I hoped, I live in U.K and have been dieing to get my hands on this, I put it in my computer and It worked straight away. Very Detailed tutorials, Ross Scott is an excellent teacher and now I can credit him by saying I was taught by the one and only! :)

If you are looking to make Machinima videos for YouTube or anything else using the source engine, I defiantly recommend this!! Also, the package took 3 days to get from somewhere in the U.S.A right to my doorstep in Wales. Excellent Service!
