This MTV DVD is fantastic! If you have any interest in Brazilian music - or are like me a true lover of quality music and musicianship - you should buy this and start enjoying your new favorite thing! I have a large collection of music DVD's and choose to play this one over and over... The overall quality of the production is excellent, the songs, lyrics and especially the many musicians are outstanding and Marina Lima herself is Brazilian Class Personified!

The language is Brazilian Portuguese which is a pleasure to listen to on this DVD. The Dolby digital 5.1 and DTS sound is sharp and expertly mixed. Subtitles in both Portuguese and English are in perfect flow with the music and reading the lyrics of these great songs [especially if you don't understand the Portuguese] adds genuine appreciation of the totality of this performance - especially after you have been blown away by the music without understanding a word that is being sung!

This DVD also makes a wonderful gift for any open minded lover of quality music. But go ahead and be selfish. Once you watch and then start raving about this DVD your friends will go out a buy a copy of their own!
